First stay, newly refurbished room which was clean and quiet.
Second stay 2 weeks later, different room. Wobbly/noisy bunk beds for kids and disgusting bathroom.

The hotel was chosen to be near our daughter who is at Uni in Clermont, we were within walking distance of her! The hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast was enjoyable. If we needed too we would definately use this hotel again.
The outside of the hotel does not do the inside justice, it could be made cleaner!

Excellent and very friendly service.
A minor criticism: no plates for breakfast. I was told to eat off the tray.

Very cheap, near to tram station and within walking distance to the city centre. Quiet despite being close to a large road.
Very poor choice for breakfast, but admittedly I wasn't expecting much more for the price I paid. The room was apparently clean, but there was some broken furniture in the bathroom which gave me the sensation of sloppiness.

The hotel was picked for its location, but mainly the price of 45 euros for a family room.

The receptionist was willing to help and freindly.
The hotel information stated that it is strictly non-smoking. However, the room they arranged for us was filled with the strong smell of cigarette. We complained but they could not find us a new room. At the end, the staff compensated us with free breakfast. Breakfast was not worth the price (luckily we didn't have to pay).

Hotel is close to the town centre
The bathroom was dirty, it's not that difficult to clean properly. It is a "budget" hotel, but that's not an excuse for not cleaning a bathroom

Our second stay. It's an ideal budget hotel to visit uk students studying at the local university. Centrally located (albeit with a huge flyover at the front of the hotel), clean, comfortable rooms, secure off- road parking (at 4.50/night) and free wifi. Recommended.

The staff was really helpful and it was really close to where I had to be every morning
Did not like the general smell of the hotel and the smell of cigarette smoke in my room, the toilette sit was not fixed and gave a weird impression. The price of breakfast is a bit high

Not too far from the city center and the cathedral. Two-minute walk from Jardin Lecocq. Car parking easy and free. Very friendly staff. We have stayed in this hotel for the second time.
We had room 25 for 2 adults and 2 children. I just want to point out the fact that it is almost impossible to watch tv as the tv set has been stuck in a corner that can't be seen. Good breakfast though a bit expensive.
